PRSA Throws a Bone to Unemployed PR People

Sign of the times: I got an email today from PRSA announcing a new plan to reduce dues for unemployed PR people. PRSA is offering to reduce national dues from $225 to $115 a year for one year only for PRSA members who have been members for a total of five years or more (presumably, not necessarily consecutive years).
